On 12/3, my friend Dave and I went fishing in the ocean. The weather was perfect and there were no waves. We started at the Onslow Beach pier and fished for about 30 minutes with no luck. We decided to go to “bass rock”. Immediately we caught 2 small bass and chose to stay at that spot. all and all we caught about 30 fish, but kept only 5 really large spot porgies and 1 grunt. Three of the bass were a little over 12” but we put them back.
We had a GREAT DAY!
