I received the following announcement from a member of the Onslow Bay Fishing Club and wanted to pass it along to anyone interested.

The Onslow Bay Open King Mackerel Tournament held its Annual Meeting recently, here are the changes that were made:
New Fishing Hours, 7 AM to 6 PM, scales to be open from 3 to 6 PM.

There will be no boundaries for 2010.

Our new date is August 14, 2010. Capt. Meeting on 8/13/10, Fishing on 8/14 and Awards on 8/15/10.

We are working on a special prize for our 10th Annual and will let you know what it is in our next newsletter.

We would like to thank all who have supported us for the past nine years and we hope to make this the best year ever. It is because of you, the fisherman, sponsors and all that have been involved, that we have been able to help the Kids that have been helped. Lets all pull together this year and help as many kids as we can. In this bad economy all are suffering especially the less fortunate. In 9 years you have helped us raise $170,334 for Child Service Agency Charities. With your help this year, we could make the magic $200,000 barrier.

Ads in our Program Book run from $50 to $225. If you don’t have a Ad Copy, tell us what you do and we will make Ad Copy for you.

Corporate Sponsorships are $550, includes Entry, Full page ad, shirts, selling and displaying your products at the Capt. Meeting. With proper info and check, we will also take care of your SKA Registration.
