Saw the ocean was looking good on Saturday, could not find a buddy to go with and Sarah was not around. Decided to nervously go alone. Turned on the vhf, strapped on my pfd , left a trip plan at home and went through the inlet. wasn’t long and I came across a school of fat alberts. Hooked two and boated one on a dimond jig. What a blast for about a half hour. it even spit up about 50 glass minnow that I used for bait to catch a bunch of short seabass. Great time out.

Those FA’s can really tug a line, what a blast you must have had.  Glad you had a safe, fun trip.  Thanks for the report.
