Thanks for the update - going to try some of that early morning action today.  Hope this is the day - these southern waters have not been kind to this LNR/MHC guy.

Hey Chuck - I’m headed to Oriental this week to target some Old Drum but when I get back maybe we can hit some of the back waters and find some fish.  Hope you have a good week!

I am planning to head up there myself in the next week or two.  Let me know how you did.  BTW that old codger Chuck can’t operate one of these new fangled machines we call a computer.  It me Chris writing the reports. wink

Chris - We’ll have to wait til Mike gets back from Oriental to see which Chuck he was referring to in his statement.

Well I was replying to Gaffer’s comment about the southern waters not being kind to him.  I was hoping to get together and chase some fish with him, maybe show him a spot or two to help him get acquainted with Topsail waters.

I’m headed to Oriental in the morning, plan to come back on Friday.  I’ll give a report when I get back (might sneak in a quickie from my iPhone if I can get coverage - its usually real spotty in that area).
