Took the boat for a ride solo this morning. Decided to look for some new spots on high tide , turned out I didn’t have much luck. My oldest says I have a black cloud over my boat when Sarah is not with me, I am starting to think this is true. Unless their was a banana hidden some where on board.
finally found a small school of bluefish, put one in the cooler with hopes of landing more but all I did is loose a few hooks. Hit some usual spots that keep me going most of the time, but hit it on slack tide and decided to call it a day.
Have some family coming in this week. So I hope the weather holds out so we get some good fishing in and hopefully few reports.
